This position is located in Los Angeles, CA.Responsibilities:- Provide analysis and support across various areas within FNG. - Work with senior management from various departments within FNG on analyses/evaluation, deal structuring, negotiation, and deal execution for new business opportunities mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.- Evaluate and develop new business plans, analyze opportunities with emerging technologies, explore new business lines and perform general strategic and financial analyses for new media businesses.- Work with operating divisions on research and recommendations for new business opportunities. - Analyze and quantify the potential threats/opportunities resulting from new technologies and recommend and support new initiatives to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats. - Provide market and industry assessments and competitive analyses. Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree and MBA from a top-tier business school. - Minimum of 2-4 years experience as an analyst in a media/entertainment business, major investment bank, private equity firm, management consulting firm, or an equity research firm.- Previous experience working on media/entertainment projects preferred.- Extensive quantitative and financial modeling experience necessary.- Strong general communication, writing and presentation skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
