Job Description:
Seeks a fund-raising professional to help implement a program to work with diocesan leaders and parishioners to gain support for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington and its various ministries, programs, and services. Thorough knowledge of major gifts principles and practices; ability to organize, create and implement fund development efforts is desired. Knowledge of the Catholic Church organizational and operational procedures is important. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally (including oral presentations) and in writing is essential. Position requires creativity, decision-making, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and public relations to foster the Church\'s mission. A practicing Catholic is preferred.
