Work collaboratively with online editorial teams to refine AETN's online content strategy and execute licensing deals and partnerships in support of this strategy *Evaluate and execute online distribution partnerships to develop and distribute AETN branded content offerings on 3rd-party sites *Primary business manager for AETN mobile develop content strategy, execute content development deals and coordinate distribution deals in conjunction with affiliate sales *Develop business plans and financial models in support of recommended new business initiatives *Lead AETN's digital media M&A strategy by providing ongoing analysis, research, due diligence and transaction assistance in support *Provide ongoing financial and business planning support including development of P&Ls, business plans and ongoing operational budget support *Partner and establish collaborative relationships with A&E Television Networks' divisions including Ad Sales, Affiliate Sales, Programming, Promotions Marketing, Consumer Products, International and Licensing, Technology, and Research in order to analyze and facilitate potential business opportunities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Minimum 5+ years experience in the media industry specifically within the areas of business development and strategy and/or business planning *Strong track record of building new businesses and 3rd-party partnerships *Proven ability to work collaboratively across internal functional departments *Strong analytical /strategic thinker and creative problem solver *Strong presentation and oral communication skills.
