Job Description:
Responsibilities are to aggressively grow the BlueLithium network by increasing publisher/partner pipeline, and by acquiring strong publisher base with strategic partnerships, while maintain the economic goals of the company. The successful candidate will be able to use his/her knowledge of the Internet/e-commerce to prospect, cultivate and execute strategic partnerships and develop and manage the ongoing relationship. The goal with these partnerships is to drive revenue to the network, partner for content, co-branding and e-commerce opportunities. Other duties primarily include, but are not limited to, work hand in hand with the sales team to evaluate every opportunity presented by the client/agency, evaluate new publisher partnership, assist with media buying team with strategic publisher renewals, assist to build stronger publisher network, as well as manage the team of media buyers and account managers. Duties and Responsibilities: * To work closely with sales force and understand client\'s needs to maximize media buying effectiveness.* To effectively manage the media buying team and help negotiate contracts at the appropriate prices* Suggest effective strategies for pending/proposed RFP to meet advertiser/publisher objective.* To grow/maintain publisher relationships by offering integrated strategic products to the top performing publishers.* To develop creative packages to increase revenue opportunities for publishers and Y! Ad network. * To understand optimization inputs and manipulation as per reflected on distribution side.* Work hand in hand with the analysts and monitor performance of major publishers/advertisers on the ad network as a whole.Required Skills and Abilities: * Confirmed and Proven Record of Closing Major Industry Related Accounts * Previous experience in developing partnership opportunities with clear deal parameters with an outlined Return on Investment.
