The company will be a joint venture operation between you as the owner operator and Redeye Media TV as the financial backer and equipment / software provider.The Licensed Operators that we are looking for need to be either well established in their existing line of business or have the ability to own and operate a business, be aggressive in wanting to build a new business in Advertising, have the know how, resources and financial strength (with our assistance) to put Redeye Media TV on the map in their City. We do not want dabblers, big talkers, negative thinkers, complainers, non-deliverers, part-timers or over promises, we want achievers, doers and go-getters. You will have full and complete access to all of Redeye Media TV resources including Administration Support, Financial Support, Business Advisory Support, Sales Support, Graphic Design Department, Redeye Vizion Software and Hardware etc etc.The business will be set up as a 50 / 50 joint venture share holding. The Licensed Operator will therefore enjoy the benefit of retaining 50% of all gross income into the business, which will range from $30,000 per month (after about 6 months) and exceed $100,000 per month (after 12 months) each and every month once the network is built. Starting salary will be $4,000 per month initially until the revenue stream kicks in which will then catapult your salary anywhere in the range of $12,000 per month to $30,000 per month and you own 50% of the business.
