Job Description:
The Advertising and Communications Director will provide leadership to other advertising team members; develop direct marketing campaigns; build and maintain community relationships; foster a positive public image. Essential Functions: * Direct all aspects of the company\'s direct marketing, TV advertising, print publications, and other media advertising programs to ensure continued market share growth * Manage the activities of other department members and maintain a positive work environment while assuming responsibility for performance management, employee counseling, training and development * Develop media strategies and budgets * Track progress of jobs to meet critical deadlines * Build and maintain relationships with members of the local community * Respond to inquiries from local news media * Issue press releases and other public communications as needed NOTES: US Residents Only Requirements * A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field * Minimum of five years experience in strategic marketing initiatives, including developing company advertising strategies * Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal and time management skills.
