Job Description:
Preferred candidates will have experience negotiating media buys (radio, TV, print, outdoor) and performing media/market research * Computer exp.-Excel, Word, Tapscan, Media Master, etc * Position requires math aptitude, organizational skills, communication, negotiation, and administrative skills * Travel required 6-12 weeks per year * Keeping updated on market changes and competition * Auditing and approving media invoices for every vendor in the markets they buy * Make decisions regarding make-goods on missed radio spots and analyze the best decision regarding budget and reach and frequency * Coordinate all print buying and negotiate rates and placement * Monitor, analyze and maintain in-store traffic reports * Determine feasibility of live endorser talent including negotiating rate and talent ability Experience: * 1-3 years media experience * Excellent interpersonal skills.
