This position has 5 direct reports and over 50 sub-reports spread over one production/sales facility and two outside sales offices. Will be chartered with developing, leading and supporting sales in and around Maryland, including sales training, strategic planning and forecasting, budgeting as well as being actively involved in key customer calls, locally and nationally. Will be part of the Senior Management team and may earn equity in the company through exemplary performance. Minimum requirements: 5-10 years of successful sales management experience Minimum of 3 years senior management experience.
