This position has 12 Account Executive/direct reports spread over three Northern Maryland counties. Will be chartered with developing, leading and supporting sales in and around Northern Maryland, including sales training, strategic planning and forecasting, budgeting as well as being actively involved in key customer calls, locally and nationally. Will be part of the Management team and may earn equity in the company through exemplary performance. Minimum requirements: 5-10 years of successful sales management experience Minimum of 3 years management experience We provide a significant amount of employee benefits and pay is commensurate with experience.
