The methodology we use to plan our media campaigns is vastly transformed by consumer and technology trends such as mobile, social networks, gaming, iTV and DVRs.From web-based rich and video media, to mobile and gaming technology, we are challenging the way marketing messages are targeted and received by consumers.Digitas is looking for people who are passionate about this change in Media. We are seeking team members who are hungry to learn and decipher these market changes and want to work with us on game-changing events. We need people who use their left brain judgments but who are also creative thinkers that constantly ask what if?Digitas places significant importance on personal qualities such as intellectual curiosity, responsibility, determination, creativity, flexibility, drive, and self-confidence.responsibilities·Work closely with Media Supervisors to develop channel/media strategies that will meet client objectives·Possess up-to-date knowledge of the media marketplace and maintain relationships with key outside vendors.·Over time, establish yourself within the company and with clients as experts in the field of media.·Lead in the development of the recommendation document·Utilize media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development·Develop Request for Proposals and field any vendor questions surrounding the RFP·Develop a considered vehicle list (i.e., considered sites, publications, lists, etc.)·Evaluate returned RFPs and determine vehicle selections.
