Job Description:
 A satellite television service provider seeks a Project Manager with 2-5 years’ experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing activities associated with projects that focus on the delivery of new business and operational processes, developments and programs. Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work. Develops and implements project plans and budgets, tracks project/budget status, identifies and negotiates resolution of issues. Develops and implements project communication plans. Leads and manages activities associated with call center projects that focus on the delivery of new business and operational processes, developments and programs. Analyses business processes and makes recommendations for continuous improvement activities. Consults with business partners to clarify requests for new or enhances programs or processes. Reviews and analyzes data related to customer service levels and expectations and makes recommendation for improvements. Participates in planning sessions and collaborates with the other call centers to review/implement best practices. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. Should have the ability to develop and maintain solid business partnerships to ensure success in balancing the department and customer needs with the legal and financial expectations of the organization and ensure needed business outcomes. Demonstrated skill and knowledge in business process analysis, continuous improvement, business relationship management and customer service life cycle management is required. May be required to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Travel may be required to attend work related meetings and training sessions.
