Job Description:
 One of the nation's leading homebuilders seeks an Assistant Controller with 3-5 years’ experience including 2 years’ experience with public accounting. The candidate will be reporting to the division controller. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the accounting and financial management of the division. Duties will include overseeing monthly close, G/L reconciliation, profit forecasts, cash forecasts, margin analysis, maintaining SOX compliance, financial reporting and will be involved with monitoring land development budgets and feasibility analysis. Will be responsible for providing management with information on a proactive basis, identifying trends and making appropriate recommendations in support of operations. The candidate should have CPA with a degree in accounting/finance. Residential homebuilding experience is highly preferred. JD Edwards is a plus.
