Job Description:
 A company providing complete software solutions that automate and optimize financial processes for the finance organizations seeks a Senior Consultant with 3-5 years of consulting experience. The candidate will work with clients to solve business problems through the use of world-class web deployed solutions, and will perform a leadership role within the project team to achieve the implementation and support of these solutions. This will be driven by the design, configuration and deployment of the product suite. Work with customers to enhance business processes through the implementation and support of the products and solutions. Provide guidance and leadership to peers within professional services team. Perform the full technical configuration required for the deployment of solutions. Assist or drive other deployment activities such as: Requirements gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation and training. Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of the product suite and processes. The candidate should have B.S./B.A. or equivalent. Oracle based skills should include: Areas such as Oracle RDBMS architecture, design, and tuning; SQL, PL/SQL, and JAVA programming languages; software development, architecture, and customization; Oracle Applications and/or PeopleSoft Applications (AP, AR, Payroll, and HR); Oracle tools (SQL*Plus, Developer, and Designer). This position requires extensive travel.
