A company designing, manufacturing, and selling mass transfer and mist elimination equipment seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst with 3-5 years of business related experience. The Senior Compliance Analyst role is a key role supporting the overall regulatory compliance reporting obligations. The role is responsible for managing one or more regulatory compliance disciplines by reviewing and evaluating new and existing regulatory registration and reporting requirements and working with the business to develop processes to meet these requirements. This role will manage the Customs import, export, and duty drawback programs in the US and assess program requirements/needs for foreign affiliate offices. Other regulatory compliance analysis areas may include Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Maintain and streamline existing regulatory registration and reporting processes. Develop processes for new regulatory requirements. Lead regulatory compliance initiatives with new business implementation. Interact with subject experts and attorneys to evaluate and determine best practices for compliance. File compliance reports. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in accounting, compliance, legal or related field. Familiarity with and demonstrated capability in the regulatory compliance field is a plus. Working knowledge of commodities trading and trading fundamentals is preferred.
