Job Description:
• Minimum 2 years food service experience & supervision.
*Experience in training of safety and sanitation in food preparation in accordance with HAACP standards.
*Experience in supervising and scheduling staff; including students.

Job Requirements:
*Demonstrated skills in marketing, merchandising and inventory management.
*Prefer bilingual in Spanish.
*Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
*Ability to communicate, read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English.
*Legible handwriting.
