ICC, Inc. is looking for a Financial Business Manager to join our team. Duties Include:
·Maintain QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions software.

·Project Accounting-including project planning, man-hour planning, prepare invoices, meet with project managers and advise them on the status of their projects, and prepare weekly reports on project status.

·Responsible for payables & receivables

·Point of contact with external payroll source including filing forms with them for tax, garnishment, new hire reporting, and benefit salary reductions.

·Interface with Accounting Firm, including corporate taxes, balancing accounts, transfer funds, etc.

·Maintain 401K/Pension contributions and requirements, including required reports and notices to participants.

·Responsible for finance side of employee benefits, including enrollments if applicable, and billing.

·Prepare month-end, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

·Manage approximately 2-3 employees in finance related areas.

·Responsible for all aspects of company insurance including corporate policies and employee policies.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications include:
·Applicants should have at least 5 years of applicable experience.

·Experience with accounting in an engineering setting is desired.

·Bachelor’s degree in accounting is desired.

·Must have strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions software.

·Experience using Microsoft Office software is necessary to be successful in this position.

·Applicants must have good written and verbal communication skills.

·CPA desired.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
