Job Description:
Primary Support Responsibilities, Educational grants, Planned live event grants, Backup admin support for senior medical team, Secondary Support Responsibilities, RML special projects as delegated by RML Senior Admin, Special projects for Director, RML team as needed Grant Coordinator Responsibilities (Grants > $10k and all* planned live meeting grants) Management of Grant Committee Review Meetings including but not limited to:bi-monthly meeting coordination agenda preparation meeting material preparation and distribution meeting minutes Web site follow up as appropriate. Website Management Update website throughout the grant process Communicate with grant requestor to gather additional information needed by the grant committee and follow up with requestor as needed

Job Requirements:
Must type 50wpm (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel).

Mon-Fri: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Hourly Wage: $25.00
Need own transportation
