Job Description:
*Job Description: The Representative will be calling individuals in the Tampa Bay area to recruit them for a Lock-Up event.
*Lock-Up: The Lock-Up consists of businessmen and women who volunteer one hour to be locked up and raise bail for MDA.

* Base pay. No commission.
* Hours are 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a 30 min. unpaid lunch.
* Representative will remain on the telephone the entire time they are working (excluding breaks and lunch).
* Daily quotas must be met.
* Daily quotas:
* 5-10 jailbirds committed per day
* Approximately 150-175 phone calls should be made per day.
