Required Skills:

· Experience with J2EE technologies such as JSP and servlets

· Experience with J2EE Framework such as Core Java, EJB, JDBC, JMS, Struts, etc

· Solid OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML

· Database experience such as Hibernate, DB2, SQL, JDBC

· Strong XML processing experience such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc

· Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving

· Have an entrepreneurial attitude towards accomplishing project goals

Desired Skills:

· Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment

· Ability to investigate/research issues, determine impact, and provide solutions.

· Experience with Messaging - IBM MQ Series

· Experience with WebSphere

· Experience with JavaScript, HTML, SSL

· Experience with version control software such as SubVersion, CVS, MKS, ClearCase

· Familiar with Web Service technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, WS-Security, MTOM, SWA
