Job Description:
 A company providing design and consulting services in planning, engineering, architecture, surveying, economics, and project management seeks a Project Manager with 10+ years’ experience. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring and training staff in project management methods, procedures and activities. Assesses project requirements, while developing and recommending a sound approach or application to meet the needs of the project and client. Ensures that project deliverables satisfy project requirements. Leads team in the development of master project plans to accomplish project commitments and timing. Determines, monitors and reviews costs, operational budgets, schedules and staffing requirements for project teams. Manages and enhances project quality by providing ideas and suggestions to the team aimed at improving the effectiveness of their role, and of the project activities in general. Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria. Performs other incidental and related duties as required. Manages client relationships and promotes repeat business. The candidate should have B.S. degree in architecture, engineering or construction management or a related field. Strong estimating, budgeting and scheduling skills are essential. Should have comprehensive understanding and experience in managing each stage of the design and construction process. Knowledge and experience in CPM scheduling, project controls, quality assurance and construction coordination is required. CMAA certification, P3 experience a plus. Should have experience on independently leading a team in the implementation of all aspects of project management.
