A clinical laboratory that is a pioneer in genomic testing and the commercialization of new diagnostic technologies seeks an Human Resources Manager preferably with 5-6 years of experience. This position will follow through with objectives for operations (in conjunction with senior management and divisional HR), and interpret HR policies and procedures. Ensures that policies and procedures are understood and implemented. Administers various generalist functions which may include: Staffing, employee relations, benefits, compensation and other areas. Troubleshoots human resources and assists employees in resolving problems. May have several direct reports, inducing recruiters and/or assistants. Must be hands-on HR manager. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
