Job Description:

A company providing designer products for women seeks a Production Manager with 3-5 years’ work experience in sourcing and production. The candidate will be responsible for executing the manufacturing process in alignment with the divisional sourcing strategy. Achieves the seasonal IMU aligned to the corporate financial objectives. Communicates with product development to determine the country allocation for sample execution. Collaborates with production offices and suppliers to ensure the production allocations are aligned to the global sourcing strategy. Manages all phases of production from costing through delivery. Monitors the fit approval process ensuring all deadlines are met. Ensures all bulk fabric and trim is properly tested in accordance with AT standards. Manages and communicates seasonal time and actions calendars. Collaborates with logistics on all pre-classifications and binding rulings. Responsible for the selection, development and retention of team members. Mentors, coaches and counsels direct reports on performance expectations. The candidate should have Bachelors degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience. Should have strong knowledge of fabric/yarn and basic garment construction.
