Job Description:
 A consulting, engineering, construction, and operations firm seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience. This position combines the role of senior project manager with marketing and business development duties involving the management of the financial and technical performance of multiple projects, as well as serving as the primary contact with key municipal and state clients. Project focus areas to include water and wastewater treatment, pumping, and piping. Primary duties will include: Developing, managing and executing multi-discipline projects of varying range and complexity, while monitoring scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety; providing exceptional client service, meeting project needs while surpassing expectations; tracking projects to plan, identifying variations, creating solutions and initiating corrective actions to meet delivery schedule. Manage project changes and risks, negotiating solutions and effecting decisions through to project completion; identify and coordinate project resource needs (staff, skill sets, subconsultants); and participate in the sales efforts for projects. Regarding marketing and business development efforts, primary duties will include: Grow and maintain strong relationships with clients at leadership and staff levels; develop an understanding of client business direction, objectives, needs and expectations; lead the development and implementation of client service and business development strategy planning; work to ensure becoming the preferred consultant for meeting client objectives; understand client organization and decision-making styles and procedures; and partner with clients to develop appropriate solutions and approaches to their challenges.
