A multi-national company offering a range of solutions for the retailers' front end seeks a Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of small to medium sized technology-based projects resulting in on-schedule delivery of project objectives. Ensures that adequate resources from every area are identified and committed based on project timing. Ensure project documentation (project plan, project schedule, lessons learned) is completed accurately and on schedule. Balance user requirements, system constraints, and project schedules to define the optimal business solution. Proactively identifies issues impacting on-schedule delivery of the project's objectives and initiates resolution of the issues. Manage vendor and third party resources as appropriate. High school degree or GED, Bachelor’s and advanced degree strongly preferred. Should have 5+ years’ experience designing, developing, deploying and maintaining software applications. 1+ years’ large automation project management experience including experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrix organization. 5+ years’ demonstrated ability to complete work within scope and on schedule under pressure of deadlines.
