Job Description:
 A industry leader in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation seeks a Clinical Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years’ management/supervisory experience. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of clinical environment which includes: Scheduling clinical staff, supervision of medical chart documentation, supervision of all clinical client follow-up, supervision of laser/smart cool preventive maintenance, maintaining laser utilization data, ordering laser spare parts, completion of laser problem reports, and ordering medical supplies. Administering laser therapy and skin rejuvenation procedures/treatments ordered by a licensed physician. Assigning nursing care aspects and activities to other clinicians, under direct supervision and providing the necessary training, assistance and support within a structured environment where policies, procedures and protocols exist for the provision of nursing care applicable to procedures/ treatments provided. Monthly evaluation of all clinicians. Monthly quality assurance reviews. Monthly reporting: Adverse event incidents, medical director’s report. Ensuring a consistent delivery of world-class treatment experiences for clients. Maintaining accurate record keeping. Maintaining open communication with manager, clinical director and medical director. Reports directly to clinical director for all clinical matters. Reports directly to manager on all administrative/operational and financial matters. The candidate should be a current, Texas licensed, Registered Nurse (RN), with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience. Should have the skills necessary to provide safe, effective medical procedures/treatments which will include laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation procedures, correction of sun damaged skin, injectables, spider vein removal, and acne treatment. Appropriate education (clinical and academic) and experience related to the use of laser technologies for medical purposes would be a plus.
