Job Description:
Responsible for the oversight and management of in-house Ph I-III clinical trials following GCP. Responsibilities as follows - serves as the project manager for selected projects; primary contact for study site personnel. Conducts project specific CRA training, as requested. Study Monitoring-Regulatory documents review in compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines. In-house monitoring, including resolution of site-specific problems. Clinical Department Functions- Audits of contact research organizations, as requested. Assists in the development of Clinical Standard Operating Practices. Coordinates clinical efforts in adverse event recording. Supervision of clinical monitors (in-house and regional monitors), as directed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 year degree (BS) in a scientific or health care discipline. Minimum 6-8 years experience in late phase clinical research. Biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience preferred. CRO experience a plus.
