Job Description:
 A company that markets and sells automobile, homeowners' and other personal lines property and casualty insurance seeks an IT Project Manager with 2-5 years' experience in technology project management/leadership role. The candidate should have technical skills in: Project envisioning (scope, timeline, activities, dependencies, impacted groups, resource needs); schedule creation and management; risk management; scope management; work estimation; work assignment, resourcing and tracking; stakeholder management; communications with all project stakeholders; budget management; vendor/procurement management; coordination across all groups impacted by project; delegation. The candidate should have the ability to: Envision and confidently grasp from start to finish complex, large-scale efforts involving variety of scope, risks, stakeholders, impacted groups, required skill sets, and involvement of outside parties; manage across a wide variety of parallel efforts with cross-dependencies, including business strategy, software development, infrastructure build-out, testing, and deployment. PMP Certification preferred.
