A bank providing superior financial services to communities seeks an Human Resource Manager. The candidate will be responsible for providing strategic business consulting with regard to effective utilization of human capital. Will oversee the implementation of strategic human resource functions for multiple locations. The focus will include recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, salary administration, and compliance. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in human resources or general business or equivalent work experience. Professional human resource designation preferred. (PHR or SPHR certification). The candidate should have 8+ years' experience in human resources. 3-5 years' human resource management experience is essential. Multi-location oversight and previous banking/financial experience preferred.
