Job Description:
Plan utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations: Study various materials pertaining to the objective of the company to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and to identify areas for improvement. Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production process; including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. Recommend schedule to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment, as well as, methods for improving efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment
Job Requirements:
Bachelors engineering (concentration material management or equivalent) & 5 yr exp or Masters & 1 yr exp
