Job Description:
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Company’s financial strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Handle all of the Company’s accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgeting. Oversee new content development and maintenance on the corporate Web site, with an eye towards implementing efficient communications on the Web. Apply communication strategies such as media releases, annual reports, newsletters, speaking engagements and magazine articles. The successful candidate will have a “can do” attitude and enthusiasm for taking on high profile projects.
Job Requirements:
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of financial, communications and public relations activities.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and managing budgets and financial statements.
• Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
• Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Intuit QuickBooks.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
