Duties:
General Office Workers provide clerical and administrative support in the processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication and adjustment of status of aliens. Perform all clerical tasks related to Naturalization ceremonies, including the scheduling, preparation and distribution of certificates and retrieval of documentation from applicants. Perform daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and a variety of other office duties. Use a computer terminal to update DHS automated systems. Must be able to lift 45 pounds.
Education:
Must be high school graduates or GED, computer literate, have excellent oral and written English skills, be a U.S. citizen, and be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
