Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Seeking an SAP Module Configurer for our client located East of Dallas. This candidate will have significant experience with the FI module, accounts receivable and its integration with SD. Must be able to analyze business processes, identify issues and process improvements, and propose solutions. This analyst will be responsible for delivering the proposed solutions. Must be able to document designs, and communicate any code requirements to the ABAP development team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Communicating SAP capabilities/possibilities within the FI and SD modules.
* Communicating SAP capabilities with regards to one or more of the following: accounts receivable, credit management, customer master, partner determination, sales orders processing, deduction management, or any other relevant areas in credit and collections.
* Acting as a liaison to key business contacts. * Fostering and maintaining good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
* Coordinating development activities with business stakeholders and other IT departments, to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.
* Developing, documenting, and communicating ROI benefits for IT projects.
* Defining project implementation plans, identify resource requirements, an mange implementations of new application functionality.
* Monitoring and reporting to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals, and implementing corrective actions.
* Training power users on the use on any new functionality.
* Reviewing software upgrades for applicability, and conflicts with customization.
* Identify system test conditions, create test scenarios/data, and coordinate testing efforts with key users.
* Analyzing new SAP product offerings such as BI, CRM and FSCM for applicability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1-2 full life cycle SAP projects.
* Ability to define project implementation plans.
* Experience configuring accounts receivable, credit management, and customer master.
* Experience configuring incoming payments and lockbox.
* Must have proven analytical and problem solving skills.
* Must be able to analyze and interpret technical and detailed guidelines, policies, and procedures.
* Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
