Job Description:
Senior Project Manager

Candidate will manage all clinical projects, including direct communications with the sponsor companies. They will be responsible to track subject enrollment, visits to various sites, expense and trip reports, incentives and all CRF review and collection.They will Establish clear and measurable project operating guidelines. They will communicate in a timely matter and appropriate project information to project teams, sites and Sponsor representatives. As well as development of budgets and expense review strategy and manage site contract negotiations and project SAE reporting. They will also collaborate with Account Managers/Business Development in the development/presentation of Paragon capabilities/proposal defenses.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 3-5 years clinical Project Management experience Five to seven years experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry. Monitoring experience Full service and global experience preferred. Will be able to travel 20% of the time
