Job Description:
 A company providing offshore oil companies with underwater drilling support, construction, inspection, and repair services seeks a Project Manager with 3-7 years' related work experience in the Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) industry. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Read and understand the scope of work, terms/conditions and pricing; understand basis for revenues and the cost associated with delivery of products/services. Leads project team, organizes and conducts project team meetings. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Provides customers with recommended course of action regarding implementation of project procedures. Coordinates 3rd party vendors and subcontractors. Maintains cost and revenue accruals for projects on cost basis, maintain tracking reports from start to finish of projects (budget based on proposal quote, close out report after completion of job, weekly report and monthly close progress reports). Provide job forecast for total cost, total revenue, and job profit percentage. Estimate/advise remaining cost/revenue to complete the project. Report changes in expected job profit percentage and drivers of change; show support through revised job budget. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Review of sea fastening and procedure drawings. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies. Responsible for identifying and submitting deliverables for completion of project. Required to work offshore. The candidate should be high school graduate or have general education degree, College degree is preferred. Should have working knowledge of accounting software.
