Job Description:
 A provider of mailstream solutions seeks a Financial Analyst with 7-10 years’ experience, in financial management/accounting with 2-4 years’ experience in supervisory role. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the region accounting manager in supporting the area operations directors through developing and presenting reports, providing financial analysis and projections, or other information, developing recommendations, or fulfilling other requests related to fiscal management. Assures the preparation of meaningful, accurate, and timely financial reports for direct or summarized use in reports to management. These reports may include appraisals of business results, financial forecasts and plans, and formal financial reporting. Periodically conducts financial training on policies and procedures to field operations management. Prepares and analyzes budgets, projections, and modifications to assist senior and field management in developing annual operating plans and budgets, and long term strategic and financial plans. Assures that the finance department works collaboratively and collegially with other departments and divisions, and that the department both receives and provides information and guidance that supports effective interaction. Maintains strong internal controls and clearly communicated accounting procedures, and assures that accounting practices and procedures are followed; and that corporate books and records are maintained in conformity with policies, generally accepted accounting principles/and or principles established by various tax and regulatory authorities. The candidate should have B.S./B.A. degree in finance or accounting. Should have strong knowledge of dealing with multiple accounts.
