Job Description: Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the face of PLS. The CSR is responsible for providing high quality customer service with each customer transaction.
CSR qualifications include strong listening skills, high energy and a willingness to learn and maintain store policies and financial procedures. Training is provided. Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
