We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor who will establish and maintain good housekeeping and safe work practices. The Production Supervisor will supervise bargaining unit associates in the completion of their daily production tasks; Assist with the training of associates and ensure they achieve their daily production goals. Skills Desired: The successful candidate will have a College in a technical field, with a minimum of three to five years of manufacturing experience; Two years experience in a supervisory or leadership role; Knowledge of design and product development processes; Prior management experience in a union environment; Ability to troubleshoot production problems and determine cause; Ability to use corrective action in meeting the production goals; Ability to manage stress; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work successfully with others.
