The positions will provide direct leadership to the operators of the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include process improvement, production of quality product and work place safety. Promotional opportunities for high performing candidates typically occur every 2 - 3 years. Will report directly to the departmental lead business unit coordinator. Facilitates the daily activities related to the manufacture of components and/or finished product in the department. Provides leadership and motivation to technical and hourly associates. Leads the department in continuous improvement activities.Requirements:Must Have:BS degree.At least 4 years production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.Experience in a technical lead position.Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience desired.Experience with high speed, injection molding or medical device manufacturing will be a plus.
