Drive team to deliver quarterly and annual financial commitments, including those around variable cost productivity, base cost, and material deflation. * Identify and Implement ideas to continually improve plant contribution and operating margins. * Develop and prepare annual Session II, Operating Plan and estimates, including interface with the GE Consumer & Industrial FP&A team. * Drive controllership rigor: Monthly/Quarterly closing, Account Reconciliations, Inventory, and P&E. * Prepare weekly QMI cost rollups, track OT and indirect costs. * Drive improvements in financial processes and routines. * Responsible for standard cost updates, inventory control and costing. * Provide support and execute Lean Six Sigma projects. Qualifications * Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Management. * Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions. * Demonstrated ability to improve financial processes and efficiency. * Strong analytical skills. * Willingness to take on special projects to develop leadership skill set.
