Provide technical support and expertise to regional client firms and individuals through delivery of training and on-site consulting services. 2.Develop and launch innovative training products 3.Develop, prepare, and present customer proposals 4.Assist in development and delivery of Quality and Lean technology products 5.Work with the MMTC staff to develop and improve internal processes 6.Maintain and extend cooperative relationships with technology agencies and regional client firms 7.Training management in Six Sigma as well as training Green Belts and Black Belts with a program that incorporates Minitab software. Requirements Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt. This is a requirement. You will not be considered if you are not certified by a recognized organization. Verification of Six Sigma projects completed will be requested. Extensive experience with Mini-Tab software, Version 15 preferred. Bachelors degree (or equivalent education/experience) in a technical or business discipline Excellent ability to interface with customers Proven ability to work well in a team environment Excellent written and oral communications skills Capable of independently managing multiple service delivery projects Ability to coordinate technical activities with a broad network of technical service providers.
