Maintains MSC system and creates style numbers * Manages purchase order requests and revisions. * Requests and tracks all samples (line building,1st fit , marketing, production samples). * Prepares and assists with pre-classification process. * Assists with bulk fabric commitments. * Requests and tracks development testing and samples. * Creates and maintains seasonal re-cap charts. * Communicates status of color and fabric/yarn research and development. * Maintains departmental files within the sourcing systems. * Builds collaborative relationships with the cross functional team members. * Daily correspondence with overseas offices and third party vendors * Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned Position Requirements: * Bachelors degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience.
