Job Description:
This includes: customer order administration and customer relations, production scheduling, employee relations and development, distribution and continuous improvement, plant productivity and cost control. Required (Basic) Experience & Education 4-year degree in engineering technology or related field required, 3+ years of successful supervisory experience and team building experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, successful budget management and focus on process improvement. Required Competencies & Other Skills Must possess leadership, planning, problem solving, decision-making and analytical skills, Must have demonstrated ability to successfully coach, manage, & develop teams , ability to lead and manage change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
