Provide overall leadership to our Kent, OH Spreads manufacturing facility including: providing consistent, reliable, quality manufacture of product aligned with customer requirements; leadership for people, process, and planning to ensure organization success; solid partnership with customers to ensure ongoing business success. Required (Basic) Experience & Education 10+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience. Education: BA+ in related field. Technical/functional expertise in food manufacturing preferred. Required Competencies & Other Skills Proven ability to understand and deliver against customer expectations and requirements in a manufacturing environment. Solid business acumen. Demonstrated leadership ability to get results with and through people. Ability to manage shifting and multiple priorities without losing composure or being knocked off balance. Views conflicts as opportunities for improvement and uses them to find solid solutions without damaged relationships. Solid decision making skills. Clearly and comfortably delegates assignments and broadly shares responsibility and accountability.
