Job Type: FT Salary Range: Not Specified Education Bachelors Major in Construction Management Experience Job Summary:Competitively buy out and professionally manage Aspen Group projects to insure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Assist Project Developer, Architect and Estimator during pre-construction phase of projects with cost information, project constructability, schedule, and customer presentations. After job is sold, bid subcontracts and award final subcontractors, review and confirm scopes, insure scope of contract is clear, and insure all drawings are clear, complete, and buildable.
