Job Description:
This position will be responsible for estimating hospital projects in the range of $10M - $30M. These projects are new construction and remodels of operating rooms, X-ray and imaging centers, and new bed wings. The applicant must be experienced in preparing estimates as the lead estimator on hospital construction projects for a GC or CM At-Risk. Experience working for an A/E or designer is not acceptable. At least 5 years experience is required. Working knowledge of Timberline estimating software is required. Experience with hospital construction projects in excess of $5M is required.
