EOE Job Summary: Malcolm Pirnie, Inc is seeking a Civil Engineer to work in construction management for our Phoenix office. This person will work with project teams involved in the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants. Specific responsibilities this person will be trained in include: - reviewing and approving pay requests - managing and administering the construction contracts - processing and reviewing submittals - coordinating field activities and inspectors - processing, reviewing and answering Requests For Information - verifying, evaluating and determining the validity of claims and change orders - preparing, negotiating and analyzing change orders and change order requests - coordinating with design personnel, the client and the contractor.
