The candidate shall manage, lead and coordinate the activities of personnel assigned to perform construction oversight services (eyes and ears) services during construction. The candidate will be on site daily, monitor all construction activities; report any concerns; flag any on site conditions that may require attention and/or correction; review requisitions and interface regularly with client.Other specific duties in addition to those specified above include: monitor adherence to Construction Contract Documents; monitor Zoning and Code Compliance of Construction Contract Documents; review and make recommendations with respect to Change Order Proposals; maintain document control for all project related documents; prepare and issue Daily Reports; provide oversight of Construction Schedule for compliance with the approved project schedule and recommend mitigation procedures; monitor Force Account labor in support of construction activities and review work force requirements and requests; review Contractor Job Hazard Analysis for major construction activities; verify and document compliance with Contract Safety and Quality Assurance requirements. Requirements 15 years experience in commercial building construction or site development projects as a Construction Manager or Owner\'s Representative with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership position. Ability to deal with clients and contractors. Excellent communication skills.
