Job Description:
Works with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods. 2. Serves as a senior-level liaison for INCR Late Phase Customers; supports open communication and transparent issue resolution. 3. Provides senior-level direction to all levels of Late Phase clinical operations staff to ensure that all department projects are managed and delivered in accordance with contractual agreements, agreed to SOPs and in compliance with all pertinent GCPs, ICH guidelines and legal requirements. 4. Assigns project work and reviews workload for all direct reports. Manages staff development by establishing goals that will increase knowledge and skill levels, and by delegating tasks commensurate with skill level. 5. Provides senior-level oversight/monitoring for all assigned projects in terms of implementation quality, timelines, resource management, quality of deliverables, financial performance, internal/external customer communication and overall INCR-Customer relationship. Works closely with assigned project management teams to resolve issues that surface in any of the listed oversight areas. 6. Works with the department head and the Late Phase proposal analyst(s) to develop proposal text and budgets in response to Customer requests for proposal (RFPs). 7. Serves as a senior-level quality reviewer of Late Phase deliverables.
