Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, investigators, other medical professionals, Research Organizations (CROs), hospitals and research institutions to manage clinical trials and studies through to completion. Ensure budgets, on-time completion of clinical milestones, and performance requirements are met. Ensure clinical reports are accurate, analyzed appropriately and completed in a timely manner to meet project needs and timelines. Organize project and departmental objectives and delegate tasks effectively. Share strategic staffing responsibilities with department leadership. Negotiate and communicate effectively both internally and externally with cross-functional project teams, management, regulatory agencies and business partners to ensure objectives of clinical programs are met on time. Educate internal and external customers regarding clinical requirements and needs for protocol compliance. Implement legal requirements of contracts and financial agreements in clinical programs. Requirements: * Multi-level position: Position title and level posted is preferred. However, depending on background and experience, we will consider hiring at the Senior Director level.Requires a minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience for the Director level and a minimum of 12 years for the Senior director level.
