Our client is currently searching for a Senior Project Manager that has superb Healthcare focused technical building experience. The successful candidate will be skilled in managing client relationships and enthusiastic for collaborating with other project team members. The Senior Project Manager should have leadership experience mentoring younger team members while displaying market acumen. While overseeing the production of construction documents, the Senior Project manager will demonstrate a profound familiarity with building codes, AIA Guidelines for Healthcare and NY State DOH / CON applications. 10 + years of proven experience in healthcare and medical planning Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture Architectural registration preferred Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.
